Barnaby was surrendered by an owner in Dorchester County in May, 2023. He was extremely emaciated with hooves in bad need of a trim. Very sweet, Barnaby quickly won the hearts of volunteers. It took a little while for him to really start filling out, but after a few months he finally reached a healthy weight and barely looks like the same horse! He and pasture friend Xander enjoy all the attention they receive from visitors to the barn.
