Thank you to everyone who took the time to help at one of the many fundraisers we had over 2018. From the Sand Dollar Horse Show Series at Mullet Hall, Moncks Corner Pro Rodeo, Sangaree Community Day, Victory Polo Match, West Farm Corn Maze, Coastal Carolina Fair and the Celebrate the Season Light Festival, it was a very busy, but successful year for H.O.P.E., which would not have been possible without the support of our volunteer community! From all of us and all of the horses, thank you to everyone who helped make this a successful fundraising season!

Have you wanted to start volunteering at H.O.P.E. Acres? This is your day! Bring your friends, spouse, kids, neighbors, co-workers, sturdy close-toed shoes, and lots of smiles!
We are a 100% volunteer organization which means that we have zero, none, not even one paid member of our organization - ever. Even our President and all of our board members are volunteers. Here's your chance to see what makes us so passionate about volunteering and what keeps us coming back! We will start the day with some introductions and then get everyone engaged in some work around the farm. What you should expect: fence building and repair, water trough cleaning, hay cleanup, horse grooming, weed eating, lawn mowing, pressure washing, general shenanigans, and loads of fun! We love what we do and want to make sure you have fun volunteering too! Things we could use: Pressure washers, weed eaters, construction savvy people, and horse savvy people! HOPE to see y'all there! |

Celebrate the Season
|
Enjoy the holidays with Celebrate the Season, an annual month-long charity event organized by Santee Cooper, the Old Santee Canal Park, and the town of Moncks Corner. Proceeds benefit nonprofits serving in Berkeley County.
Drive through the light display at the Old Santee Canal Park, and visit the holiday fair at the Moncks Corner Regional Recreational Complex for visits with Santa, crafts, food, rides, and other activities. H.O.P.E. Acres will be organizing photos with Santa on Saturday and Sunday, the 22nd and 23rd. Stop by and enjoy the festivities! |
